Instructions to Author

Submit Manuscript: Manuscript can be submitted through email attachment at editorial@jsiinternational.com or through website Submission Link.

The manuscript comprising must be submitted in one single MS word file in Times New Roman, comprising of:

  1. Title page
  2. Abstract
  3. Key words
  4. Introduction
  5. Materials and Methods
  6. Results
  7. Discussion
  8. Acknowledgment
  9. References
  10. Tables
  11. Figures

TITLE PAGE 

  1. Title must brief and comprehensive (16 bold). Abbreviations should not be included in the title.
  2. Name, Address and email id of each author must be written clearly (10 font, sentence case).
  3. The author for correspondence must be marked with asterisk (*). Name, address, email id, contact number must be clearly mentioned (10 font sentence, case)
  4. Do not put Dr., Mr., Mrs., Prof. etc., before names.

ABSTRACT (14 bold, uppercase) 
Should discuss major findings and conclusion (10 font, sentence case), not exceeding 300 words.  


KEYWORDS (10 bold, uppercase)
To identify the most important subjects covered by the article. (5-6 keyword maximum,10 font, sentence case, in alphabetical order)

INTRODUCTION (14 bold, uppercase) 
A brief account is required from the background of the subject, its implication and its relationships to earlier works clarified with relatable references (12 font, sentence case).


MATERIALS & METHODS (14 bold, uppercase) 

  1. Must be represented with precisionand should cover required  
  2. Research data must be adequate and experimental design should be proper and accurate. Analytical method should be clearly described.
  3. Method of Analysis should be validated. 
  4. Experiments on human subjects are to be done in accordance with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) protocol or approved by an Institutional Ethical Committee.
  5. For the care and use of laboratory animals, the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India and OECD notified guidelines should be strictly followed.
  6. Use System International (SI) Measurements. Cite instruments details e.g. UV, IR, NMR, MS etc. Model, company, place etc. at appropriate place (If any).

Sub heading should be 12 font, bold, sentence case. Sub-sub heading should be 12 font, italics.


RESULTS (14 bold, uppercase) 


The novel and significant findings ought to be stated in a logical sequence. Illustrate the results with figures or tables wherever necessary. (12 font, sentence case)


DISCUSSION (14 bold, uppercase) 


It must enclose a decisive review of the results of the study with the support of relevant literature. The major conclusions drawn from the results and their significant should be discussed.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS (14 bold, uppercase) 


Sources of support may be included. Scientific personnel who have made generous and crucial contributions to the study should be acknowledged.


REFERENCES (14 bold, uppercase)
References should be in APA (American Psychological Association) in-text citation style.

They should be alphabetically arranged.

Illustrations

  • Tables - Only MS word table format (With rows and columns visible) should be used for preparing tables. Tables should be numbered consecutively (12 font sentence case). Units of measurement should be abbreviated and placed below the column headings. It is essential that all tables have legends, which explain the contents of the table. Tables should not be very large that they run more than one A4 sized page. 
     
  • Figures - Figures should be numbered consecutively and bear a brief title (12 font sentence case)Graphs and bar graphs should preferably be prepared using Microsoft Excel and submitted as Excel graph pasted in Word. In case of photomicrographs, magnification should be mentioned either directly on them or in the legend. Prepare figures in JPEG/PNG formats.
